This the Steven Hebert, troop 21's first Eagle Scout in almost a Decade (8 Years) I want to congradulate one of my best friends, Ryan Verhegge, on obtaining the Honor of the rank of Eagle Scout. I am proud that he has joined me at this rank. Soon, though, we will have another Eagle Scout: Eric Lamply, who has advanced faster then anyone I know in the troop.Thank you
